The app didn't allow for special requests. I called in to Starbucks and asked if they would only put half a pump of sweetener in my coffee and they were happily willing to accommodate. I appreciated this extra touch of helpfulness! The drink was perfect!

I’m not satisfied with a $7 refund. Both drinks in this order were made incorrectly, not just one item. The two beverages totaled $22.95, and I paid $29.53 for the order.
The Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino was not made according to the modifications shown on my order, and the Strawberry Acai Lemonade Energy Refresher was also not prepared correctly. I ordered these specific beverages and paid for the customized items shown in my receipt.
Since both beverages were incorrect, a $7 partial refund does not reasonably address the issue. I am requesting a refund for the two incorrect beverages, or an appropriate resolution that reflects that both items were affected.
I have photos of the drinks as delivered and the order details showing exactly what I ordered. Please review the order and reconsider the $7 refund.
