I understand leaving some room for foam, but over two inches is a bit much, no? If you want a short sized hot drink, order a tall lol. Also, I know you guys work hard...but forgetting sweetener or added flavours (which are an extra charge) has become a consistent enough issue I feel the need to mention it.

Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage is lovely. The Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes are delicious and always warm. The Bacon & Gruyère Egg Bites are also a go to for me as well. Always good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I ordered the Iced Starbucks® Blonde Vanilla Latte there was no ice and no vanilla flavor. the ingredients are in the name for good goodness sakes. same thing for the Carmel Iced Caramel Macchiato. no ice and no Vanilla flavor. they also shook up the macchiato so the espresso and milk were not separated. what a total waste of money. they were only able to make one of the three drinks correctly.

Love you guys, I order here all the time, usually pretty consistent with flavour and quality. Definitely always fresh... I always get a Matcha Latte or Iced Matcha Latte - and most of the time it's decent! Sometimes though, very rarely, it tastes like dirt. Today was unfortunately one of those days.
