Where is the rest of my coffee? I didn't request "room" and even if I did this is beyond unacceptable. This happened for the first time the other day when I ordered and I decided to give them another try since I've been ordering from them frequently in the past 7 months. I don't know who quit, whose having a bad day, or whose on vacation but please don't rush with the orders so the foam can reside and reveal the true amount of coffee that's in the cup. For such an expensive drink I expect it's full proper volume.

Missing ingredients. DoorDash charging per pump of flavor is ridiculous plus $6 for brown sugar because a venti size comes with 6 pumps automatically. A $7 drink becoming $15 is wild and then missing the ingredients is worse.
