Love the Iced Pecan Crunch Latte ! Not too sweet, and a perfect amount of flavor.

I did not have a steaw to drink my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage. The cup was extra sticky and the representation was terrible. The blueberry muffin tasted old, burnt and falling apart. The entire top separated from the bottom. The bottom part fell to pieces . This is the second disappointing order I've had from them. I paid 17$ for a muffin, small Caraml Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage, and a Cheese Danish, you would think they would put a little more effort into their food and beverage in consideration of the cost.

I've ordered the Pistachio Cream Cold bre a few times and it's always inconsistent. Specifically how much they pour in (and I added an eespresso shot so there's no reason it shouldn't be filled past the top black line). +They never add brownbuttery topping despite charging for it.

Charging as much as they do for their drinks, they shouldn't have any portion of the drink missing esp. made as advertised. My Pistachio Cream Cold Brews arrived missing the salted brown topping.
