Matcha drink half full and taste like there is a cleaning chemical in it!! This Starbucks location sucks always something wrong with my order and the drinks tasted awful!

I paid extra for pumpkin cold foam, it's literally the first thing listed on the sticker that's on the side of the cup. no cold foam. Now I just have a plain coffee. When they make the order right, it's great. I've noticed the night crew is usually the ones who don't get the order right, so I suggest ordering only in the morning. I'll do the same and hopefully I won't have anymore issues.

I ordered two of the same drink (Iced Caffè Iced Caffè Americano ) same amount of sweetener and pistachio cold foam on both. I only received cold foam on one of them. I wouldn't complain but this has happened a few other times before. How are two identical drinks being made incorrectly? Not paying attention? Passive aggressive about my drink order? I don't know. but if the staff happens to read this, please read the order and make the coffee as ordered? I appreciate the hard work that all staff put into their day

My order was nt correct. Taste like nothing but sugar, when it's suppose to be sugar free. And a quarter of my dink was at the bottom of my bag.
