The custom Strawberry Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was amazing! And they were out of vanilla biscotti but were nice enough to write it on the label and give me an extra Madeleines, thank you!

My drink wasn't put into the bag and when I called to see, the lady was short and rude. I was simply asking if it was there and I could come pick it up. Would definitely not recommend this location. Go to Black Lake BLVD in Olympia. The staff was amazing and so helpful at that location!

Iced coffee was warm...how is an ICED coffee warm. Tasted ok but thats not the point Horrible store to order coffee from. Much better off ordering from a smaller shop.

All three of these drink tasted like steamed milk only. Didn't taste hardly any chi. Never before had this happen. Very disappointed. Check and see how many of these drinks I have ordered in the past two weeks.

Very sweet people! There was an oopsie with my order and they went above and beyond to make it right! I dont normally review stores on here but I had to after the experience I just had with them! I will absolutely continue to order from here
