I got a baconator burger that looked like the scrapings of a grill with a small single strip of bacon. I've door dashed before and it did not look like this last time. Very distasteful. Nothing to do with the dasher at all, the Steak 'n Shake I orders from was the problem.

Ordered Single Steakburger with Cheese with everything that usually comes with. Recd just a naked tiny cheeseburger no condiments. If I could post pic here I would. Garlic Double Steakburger had extra garlic requested. Not recd. burger over cooked. 'No shakes' available tonight apparently. LG Cheese Fries now come in a plastic lidded container with cheese poured over. Left with soggy fries and much less fries than in the normal cardboard cup with cheese cup on the side. Food was all luke warm.

This is one of the only fast food places in the city right now that is always being so consistently good!!! There's pretty much almost always a line, but they keep it moving fast and the taste is never compromised. The garlic burger is a must have!

Burger was dried out. Fries were wet and soggy. Side of Cheese Sauce wasn't even half way filled. Won't ever get again. Disappointing to say the least.

I ordered and picked it up myself. Staff was dry and hardly friendly, my fries were SUPER burned and cold, my drink had no ice and was flat, and my burger didn't have much bbq on it. I will not be returning to this location.
