The food was excellent. There was a hole at the bottom of the cup containing the shake, and I had to clean up the mess. Other than that, excellent Garlic Double Steakburger Combo with a peanut butter cup shake

It has been a few years since I have had steak and shake. It does not taste the same as it used to. The Chili in particular is missing that little kick of flavor it used to have. Both burgers were drowning in sauces.

Milkshake lid has no hole for the straw...not a big deal cuz we can just take the lid off its just not ideal. Quality control issue. Make sure to pay attention :)). Large fry not full, which is little unfair since we're paying for a full large fry.

Terrible worst steak and shake 0/10 missing items, freezing hotdog 7$ for 1 normal sized hotdog that tastes bad is outrageous I would never order again

The burgers and shake were great! The only problem is the bag system makes the fries a little soggy. Still delicious though!
