Fries were unfulfilling and the burgers are smash burgers so don't get me wrong smash burgers are awesome but these smash burgers are microscopic in comparison to other big name companies and small companies

My Grilled Cheese wasn't melted. The Steak Frank s were good. The Chili was all beans but fine. Butter Double Steakburger was fine. The Beef Tallow Fries™ were nice and the Beef Tallow Onion Rings were yummy and crunchy. Portions were fine. The veggies were fresh enough. I'd order again.

I forgot about their onion rings! yummy
greasy but good. The burger was so pretty. and neatly made. I ate every bite!. the bun was soft and fluffy. I was really impressed lol made me feel like whoever made my meal actually cared. it was not sloppy at all. I just wish their fries were hot. They're never hot. everything else was hot though. my dasher was nice too.

Ordered cheese fries and was given a regular fry. Everything else was fine. I wouldn't rate a thumbs down because their food and drinks are always good. Just would have liked to have what I paid for especially since there is an up charge for it.

Very disappointed with my order. I ordered two meals online and paid extra for large fries because my kids specifically love the fries. When the order arrived, we only got the burgers and drinks—no fries at all! I was especially frustrated because I ordered from here mainly for the fries, and I had already paid extra for them. Definitely not what I expected.
