they were good in flavor but they unfortunately were undercooked, raw dough on top (inside) and meat was partially raw. I had to finish them in the microwave which cook them but wasn't the best experience either.

I ordered the Beef Fried Noodles & the Signature Classic Pork Soup Dumplings. The Beef Fried Noodles were a huge mass of mostly bland, rather dry, gummy and greasy noodles, with not a lot of veggies or meat included. Very much not worth the $20 it cost. It was not unlike grocery store Chinese food. Only (slightly) better having been cooked fresh. The dumplings were constructed well. They had a decent flavor, albeit very plain. Mostly sweet and a little salty. But, not much character to them. Other than being made by hand, not really worth $11 for 7 of them. I've actually had more flavorful frozen ones. They may not have been freshly made, but I've had better. Nothing stood out. A little seasoning or veggies with the pork would have helped. And be warned, you have to eat them carefully. They are packed with juice. I didn't know, and the first one burst all over my clothes. Got one packet of soy sauce, no hot mustard, no fortune cookie. No happiness. First time and last time ordering from Steam and Soul.

Orange chicken had no sauce, the pork dumplings looked like hotdog meat and the spring rolls are terrible.

The Steam & Soul Signature Classic Pork Soup Dumplings were the worst dumplings I've ever had. SUPER sweet and chewy.
