Fantastic sandwich, every time. Peppers, onions in the potato, nice soft roll...great price too!! Cant beat this!!!

We recently ordered 10 soups from Stone and Soup, all expecting the soup of the day, which was advertised as Chicken Pot Pie. Instead, every order arrived as chicken vegetable orzo.
While the soup itself was fine, that’s not the point. The real disappointment is that no one contacted us to let us know they were substituting a completely different soup. A quick call or message would have gone a long way, but there was zero communication.
When placing a large order, accuracy and transparency matter. This experience felt careless and dismissive, and it left us very disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from Stone and Soup again.

when I realized that I forgot to add cheese to the Angus Burger*I prepared to be disappointed. That was a mistake because it was still a delicious burger so YAY! I'll definitely be ordering again
