I do not understand why when I order a Chicken & Bacon Ranch, that i am being charged 2.50 extra for BACON! 
I need this explained to me. please.

The tuna salad sub was not good at all.  Overstuffed, a gallon of mustard, a HUGE mess when we opened.  I also took a big of hard not stirred up tuna.  Yuck.

worst meal I have ever eaten! sandwich was poorly made and barely had anything on it and the Cinnabon Cinnabon® Footlong Churro (190 Cals) was so old and dry that it couldn't be eaten at all and tasted like it was a week old and stale. won't be ordering from Syracuse location anymore

My Cinnabon® Footlong Churro (190 Cals) was so hard Icouldnt even bite into it. My #16 All-Pro Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki® sub was made ext sloppy all my topping were on one end of the sub. I love  Subway and order frequently. This saddens me
