While I'm still on the fence about the whole name change, #23 The Hotshot Italiano will always be my favorite sandwch to get, the amount of ingredients and extra stuff I usually get put on it, while nice and fresh already, are always even better when it's toasted up and softened some on top of the excellent crunch of the toasted bread! (honestly surprised we still don't have a "toast 2x" button yet. hint hint)

I have been ordering this sandwich for 20 years now and I do not intent to stop!

On my Oven-Roasted Turkey sandwich barely had any meat on it. I had to look for it. It also barely had any veggies. I was very disappointed with it. 
I also ordered a meatball sub with onions. It had a whole slice of onion on each meatball and my grandson, who loves onions, was picking onions and bad pieces of meat off of it. 
I would ask for my money back for both of them if I knew how to get it back.

my sandwich was poorly put together, should of been toasted and wasn't which aline ruined the sandwich. everyone said the same thing about their sandwich, not put well together, serving sizes of each item was either too much or too little.
 only gave 2 stars because nothing was missing from our order.

Odered steak and cheese added bacon and extra meat... sandwich came with bare minimum items and no extra meat or bacon  yet charges for both...
