• 27/3/26Great service and food! my only recommendation is to add a section to add notes for the order or toppings. I have to call the store to ask for sauce on the side and to ask for a light amount of a certain vegetable. It would be much more convenient to do that on the DoorDash app instead of having to disturb the workers while they try and get through a rush hour. Thank you

• 3/1/26subswhich which were supposed to be toasted and warm, were only half toasted, and cold. the drinks, small bottles of pop were placed ontop of the subs smooshing them. the meat was unevenly distributed, a well as the sauce. Black Forest Ham Cold Cut Combo. I wish that you could pick your locationwhen it comes to door dash ordering, because the one in the south end of town never disappoints. This order came from the downtown location.

• 13/3/26There was no red onions, and very little to no cucumbers, green peppers, when someone asks for vegetables they should be on there. We pay more money to have it delivered and what we ask for should be on there in good quantity.

• 14/8/25My order was accepted but not prepared. Later, I received a call from a staff member regarding an out-of-menu item. She asked me to cancel the order from my side, but I explained that doing so would mean I wouldn't receive a refund. Instead of processing the cancellation from her end, she kept insisting that I cancel it myself, and her tone throughout the call was quite rude.

• 5/3/26they sent 2 miuntain dew and insted of one and one ginger ale. last time I ordereda sub in a combo, with chips and pop, andthey didn't include my chips or pop. subs are good this time, not smashed or ice cold.
