I fancied trying the new Smith's Meatball Sub Crinkle Cut Chips 45g but when order arrived there was a note saying they were out of stock and they had kindly replaced with cookies !! Very nice. The subs were yum as always.

Ordered a chicken and bacon ranch, got this sad, dry steak and wilting greens mix instead. Not the biggest issue, mistakes happen , but when I called the store to tell them there has been a mixup, they doubled down, called me a liar and tried to tell me steak and bacon are the same thing, then hung up on me.

I ordered 6 Pack of Double Choc/Choc Chip Cookies but they never send these cookies. They will always send different cookies and when we ask them they will say they never have the cookie even after calling them and asking them prior to ordering

Worst subway order I've ever received. Ordered 3 subs and all were missing some salad selections and NO sauces added to any of them. Will avoid this subway in future.

Not a super big problem, but I ordered a 6 inch Italian MeatballCreamy Garlic Herb BreadChocolate Chip Cookie and was missing the cookie in my order when I received my order. (First time this has ever happened from his subway store.)
