We ordered a footlong Steak & Cheese  and only got a six inch.  The bread was so hard on my Grilled Chicken I had to scrap out the chicken and eat it without the bread. They were out of lettuce... completely out and forgot our green peppers on the Steak & Cheese

Burnt hard bread. Stale sub crunch. Soggy in middle. Bread was so hard I couldn't bite I tried to eat ot with a fork since I was already at work. Then the sub bread broke my fork.
