I ordered Nachos loaded with chicken strips, and there was no chicken. What I ordered was $11.35; what I got was worth $7.65. This is the second time this has happened.

I ordered a Nachos Loaded with Rotisserie-Style Chicken, and the chicken was invisible. I paid $11.35 and got a $7.65 meal.

That overcooked the cheese was burnt anf the bread was hard, 90%of it was inedible. For a child and was left with nothing for them.

Please label each sandwich clearly with the order details.
The sandwiches were not labelled, which made it difficult to identify which one was which. As a result, someone who does not eat beef accidentally started eating the beef sandwich.
It only takes a few seconds to write the sandwich name or order on the packaging, and this would have avoided the issue completely. This was careless and really disappointing.
