Literally the saddest excuse for a philly I have ever seen. Had to take the top piece of bread off and fold it in half to even taste anything but bread. I used to love this subway but they have really went downhill its shamefull.

Paid extra for extra cheese and extra avocado and I  didn't get it. Otherwise it still tasted good. Nothing was stale. I got the footlong in its entirety. I would order again, but probably in store so I know what I'm paying for is making it to the sandwich.

I paid 5$ for double, didn't get that. it was supposed to have peppercorn ranch on it but it didn't. #20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch   didn't have any ranch on it. It wasn't that great with no ranch on what was supposed to be #20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch ..

The sub had so many tomatoes on it that it made the sandwich soggy and wet. Couldn't tell that the sub had been toasted because of it. Everything else was fine.
