The chicken in my sandwich wasn't cooked, the bread was incorrect and soggy apart from that I didn't receive any cookies. I have tried contacting support but that aren't helpful at all and won't give me a refund.

All the food was made as per the order, it was as expected however the rainbow cookies were substituted for cheese cake which was fine but disappointing for the kids. The reason for the 3 stars was the spring water was supplied as sparkling. Honest mistake maybe but $6 down the drain.
