Deelish! Take out rarely looks this good when packed for delivery . When my daughter visits from Toronto we include a SUPERICA meal. Truth is I had just picked up another order from SUPERICA and forgotten these two items;queso & El Carbon tacos.

We typically love Superica and have gotten it via takeout or delivery many times. Tonight, we got guacamole and the chips were totally stale, which is not normal. My husband said his chicken fajitas were "meh"- not as tasty as normal . We feel our food was not super fresh tonight, which is disappointing.

My ordered arrived missing the most expensive item. Driver told me to call Superica and they told me the item would be refunded. No refund was issued and I had to reorder the meal, pay an extra tip and wait. I even left a voicemail and got no response. Horrible customer service from my once favorite restaurant.

Every time we order from Superica something is left off of the order. Last time there was no chicken on my salad. This time there were no rice and beans included (we ordered 3 meals that state they come with rice and beans). No fault of DD or the dasher. The food is so so good, but for the price it is hard to take missing items.
