Everything was delicous! So glad we checked them out. We have had their chicken (flavorful and not dry) , and the tacos - Asada Tacos, Quesabirria Tacos, and Adobada Tacos - all were tasty.

Flautas 4 Pieces were inconsistent. Some were very good and fresh, others were way overcooked and crunchy without any flavor.
Ordered 2 different 4 pieces, only one had guacamole, but the other had cheese. Cheese wasn't mixed well.

This location (Colfax) is not good. The chicken was not cooked long enough and was soggy and tasted like liquid smoke instead of an actual grill. The beans were also just not cooked long enough. The rice was very pale, did not look right. This was like hospital food which is crazy because the Auroura location on Chambers and Iliff is 10,000/10 some of the best food in the city. Definitely recommend that spot but do not order from Colfax.

My Quesadilla- Plainand Bean And Cheese Burrito are/were great.A+ would recommend.TheQuesabirria Taco was good but the picture was misleading. I ordered 1 orde of the taco and the picture shows 4. when I got my order, the box only had 1 taco, not 4.
