The tempura was soggy and had no taste. The shrimp had pieces of shell in it. California roll was good but very small. Very disappointing

Neighborhood gem, though pricey via DoorDash. Fish is always fresh and flavorful. Sake Combo is a lot of fish and always a favorite with the salmon lovers in the family. The Salmon Tataki had an unfortunate burnt flavor and would not order again. The S20. Contra Costa (8 Pieces) was a tad heavy on the mayo in the crab (not sure they used to use mayo) and probably wouldn't get it again. Love those crispies on top though!

The sashimi was partially cooked the last two times I ordered from here. Please don't place raw fish on hot rice.

Skip this one. Everything tasted like it was 3 days old. My wife, son and I all agreed. Not fresh, not good. And I don't event eat fish— veggie gyoza was bad, tamago, bad. They didn't even deliver the tofu item I order. 7.50 for two tamago nigiri? Never again.

We adore this place! We often order to pick up and it is always super fresh and perfect. I do wish multiple orders were in seperate containers but no biggy. It's all delicious and I've eaten Japanese food my entire life.
