We bought the Tiger Roll (Whole 9pc)Lemon Roll (Whole 9pc)California Roll (Whole 9pc) We eat sushi weekly, and definitely have had our share of bad ones. This will be our go to place when in Salem from now on. absolutely 10/10 We also purchased Edamame , Teriyaki Chicken , and Teriyaki Bowl that were all large and delicious.

Tempura vegetables were still warm and crispy. Unfortunately the fried imitation crab sticks were a bit rubbery. The tempura dipping sauce had a good flavor. The Vegas roll is good but would taste better if the fried shrimp was colder. The California roll had a good flavor. Restaurant sent enough pickled ginger and Wasabi with the order. The cucumber salad had just the right amount of vinegar. The chocolate cheese cake taste good and was not too sweet, it was the perfect ending to a good, fresh, very affordable meal.

i order from here regularly because it is close and convenient to my job. i have never been disappointed, well packaged, delicous food, i love that you can select portions and not at all outrageously priced for such good quality. love this place.

it seems like sometimes the tempura comes with a tasty vinegar based sauce and sometimes it doesn't. this time it did not and it was sorely missed due to the double portion of Vegetable Tempura I ordered. the food of course is still quite tasty and I will continue to order from them in the future.
