Optimistic Roll was small for a specialty roll (compared to most places) but because it was 2 for the price of 1 it was a good deal. Luckily it tasted good (and I liked the 3 sauces they gave with it). Fried Pork Gyoza was standard, pretty good.

Below average hibachi - meat was fatty and chewey, noodles had very little flavor, fried rice was ok at best. Portions were reasonable but wouldn't order again. Overall not up to the standard of other hibachi places in Hoboken

The sushi and the gyoza were okay nothing too special. The miso soup is TINY way less than a cup, even for $3 it was too small. Most places give you a whole container for the same price and then for a large to jump all the way to $11 is crazy.

Everything was good the Cucumber Roll kind of tasted fishey but overall the Cucumber Roll and the Avocado Roll were good. The Tempura Vegetable Roll was alright I hoped for the sauce on top of the Tempura Vegetable Roll the sweet potato was well cooked which I loved. All the sushi did not have sesame seeds on it like I requested since I have an allergy to sesame which was great since many other restaurants have messed this up . The Miso Soup was good, a little small but nice and flavorful. Overall, decent for when you're really craving sushi.
