Have ordered from here multiple times and the sushi is always fresh, freshest sushi Ive ever had. Highly recommend this place!

the food value doesn't match the food quantity nor quality, even though i still often order the calle ocho roll, its always cut too thick. Noodles portions are unbalanced, too much chicken not enough noodles for $25

My shrimp fried rice was literally all rice barely any shrimp at all. I paid $45 for my order it wasn't worth the cost honestly

First time ordering here, what a terrible experience, the cold food arrive all hot they could separate cold from hot with two different bags, the amount of rice it is not enough for the price probably only 12 oz of rice no more, has more onions than veggies or anything else

I paid $76 for this order, although my orders are usually around $100. I paid for 3 eel sauces and 3 spicy mayos, and once again, none of them were included in my order. This happens every single time, and I am tired of paying for items that I never receive.
We also paid for a tempura ice cream, and the cherries tasted like WATER — literally water. They had absolutely no flavor. How is that acceptable?
I have given this place multiple chances, and nothing changes. I expect to receive everything I pay for, especially when I am paying extra for sauces.
This is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. After this experience, I will never order from here again.
