Everything was super good! Love the Nacho Fries , and the Nachos BellGrande® was hot and loaded with toppings.  Very happy with this order.

chips are stale and leave a horrible taste in your mouth, in fact I'm pretty sure The chips are rancid

Ordered extra steak on one quesadilla which should mean two scoops, I barely had a full serving. Also ordered a cheesey fiesta potato bowl and didn't receive it. When someone pays extra for something it isn't wise to skimp on it, especially when that customer knows what your serving sizes are having worked for taco bell as a shift lead in the past.

food is always Cold and soggy. I always check for no spicy ranch and they're so vindictive they put double or triple servings on it. yet when I Pay for am extra topping like lettuce, they will literally put less than 5 shreds of lettuce on the item.  it's maddening.
