worst service and food I have ever had. Absolutely no care given to the food or the presentation of said food.
I ordered the Nachos and the nacho cheese burrito a few weeks ago and everything with nacho cheese had to be thrown away, it was SO INCREDIBLY spicy it was inedible, my 10 year old Son had some of his burrito and cried because it was so hot.
Nacho cheese is NOT supposed to be spicy, let alone it leaves an ADULTS mouth and lips burning more than 20 minutes later.
Also there was no warning, nothing about it being spicy anywhere on their shopfront, no ingredient information, nothing.
Imagine if someone was allergic to jalapenos or peppers, and ate that, imagine if a very young toddler ate this and the damage it could cause to their mouth and stomach.
Not only that but it looked like the food was simply thrown in the bag.
AVOID. This is NOTHING like the Taco Bell overseas. I know because I once worked at Taco Bell in California for a few years, this is NOT Taco Bell, this is some terrible imitation.
Nacho cheese is supposed to have ZERO spice, the whole point of the salsa packets that are supposed to be provided is to make it as spicy as you want, NOT to make it inedible.
You need to rethink what you are doing. OH and even the Guacamole dip was spicy.
To say this was a disappointing experience is a SEVERE understatement.

The taste was really off, I've ordered quesadillas a million times and this was really bad. It wasn't near as spicy as it usually is and as hungry as I was I couldn't finish it purely because of how weird it tasted

I ordered the burrito bowl without rice and beans but it had rice in it. The portions of guacamole, lettuce and sour cream was so little compared to the last time I ordered. The beef mince didn't taste as nice as the last time ordered. The choc sauce did not come in the bag with the churros. Not such good service this time.

I ordered a Crunchwrap meal and the wrap itself was the best thing I've ever eaten so simple yet so well done. Chips could have been warmer or crunchier but I'm not complaining they were well seasoned.
