Today, the order was good. I had to pay the extra $2.99 fee to have it sent directly from the store to me with no other stops by the delivery driver. The food was delivered only a few minutes later than it said it would be delivered between 12:37am and 12:47am it arrived at 12:52am, so only 9 to 15 minutes late. I'm not really sure at this moment if it's worth the extra $2:99 per order to have food come straight to you, without no other stops., while the food arrived and was at the temperature a person wouldn't mind eating their Mexican pizza. As for the mini taco salad this one was just good all around, season ground beef was warm at the bottom, and the other items were proportion, and even the sour cream that you pay extra for was in the right position where it would not rub off with the lid closed. This time, both items were correctly prepared, and there were no beans detected on the Mexican pizza, no beans detected in the taco salad. For me that's is a really big issue, 1 it saves me from having to trash whatever item(s), that might have had beans deed. I also, most definitely, understand accident & mistakes happen, we are all only human. None of us are perfect, however, I was reminded as I was creating this review, that, for the 1st time this would work greatly. However, this was not the 1st time, not the 2nd time, in fact this order.

Ordered the Crunchwrap Supreme® Combo with extra beef in the Crunchwrap and volcano sauce. Added volcano sauce to the Crunchy Taco. My items did not have any sauce on either item, and the Crunchwrap did not come with extra meat, just a tiny smear of beef on the shell. Store does not follow instructions and now I am out the extra $3 for add ons.

We ordered 7 different items, the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes came with such a small amount of cheese that only 2 potatoes were covered, the rest were dry and old. The two orders of Chips and Nacho Supreme Dip were supposed to be made with no sour cream and no beans, but contained both. The experience at pick up was appalling as we walked in at 10:23 which was our estimated pick up time and had to wait until almost 10:40 before they even began preparing the meal. What was supposed to be a quick pick up of an already ordered meal turned into a 40 minute trip in total.

my grilled cheese steak burrito had hard steak. no extra Chipotle sauce and too much rice. I had to pay extra for pico de gallo and extra steak andb extra Chipotle sauce and am only getting $9.60 back. not cool.

This Taco Bell was probably the worst that I have ever ordered from. They forgot items, the sodas were completely watered down and the tacos I ordered were only a quarter filled .
