Thank you for the last minute order. The Cantina Chicken Bowlwas filled to the brim and delicious!  The Supreme® Luxe Box was also prepared very well. The Thanks again.  Great job!

It only took the dasher a few minutes to get here, but the Crunchy Tacos are completely soggy. I honestly thought they'd given me soft tacos instead of crunchy before I opened the wrappers, that's how soggy they are.
They dumped the pico de gallo in the Black Beans - I wanted it on the side but you can't request that. It wouldn't be so bad if their beans weren't soup - I used to live in Miami, that's not how you serve black beans. There should be more beans in there than liquid. No, that's not what one should expect from fast food - if Pollo Tropical can serve fast-food black beans right, everyone can.
It's not worth what I paid for it - the entire meal. That's not the dasher's fault, that's 100% Taco Bell's fault.

I placed my order on the app and then called the store and spoke with Sacha about how I needed my order to be packaged so when I received it my tacos wouldn't be soggy, she was more than helpful and accommodating making it one of the best experiences I've had there in a while. Great job by her and the crew.. ooh!!!!!! the food looked and tasted good too.

It's not that anything tasted bad, because it didn't.
It's that two Crunchy Tacos were so soggy & stuck to the wrappings, I could not pry the bottom of the taco shell off the wrapper, so they were open on all 4 sides.
Also, two tacos had tomatoes and two did not, but they didn't indicate which were which. Just a small mark on the wrappers would have been nice.
The Black Beans  were as mushy as refried beans. Black beans should be more firm - even in fast food. I used to live in Miami, where almost all the fast food places offer arroyo con frijoles negros - - black beans with white rice, Cuban style, and they were never that mushy. I made my own white rice for the beans, and it was edible, but not the greatest, hence the 3 stars.
I can't really give the food a thumb's up or down - sideways would be more accurate for this order.
