I ordered a full order for steak an d chicken fajita
And I got half order of both after repeatedly telling them I have a full order
I also waited like 30 min in line for it which was ridiculous cause I was the only one there
The guacamole I ordered was not guac just avocados thrown in a box, rice was extremely hard and unbeatable

Ordered breakfast tacos, sauce was spilled in the bag which isn't a big problem- messy. But then 2 of the 8 had almost NOTHING inside. Photo attached, this isn't ok. I paid for tacos not tortillas. Please look into this issue so others don't have to deal with this.

street tacos were so small, more onion than meat and just 1 corn torte
Mexican Rice was so dry it was crunchy.

completely ridiculous. ordered a dozen bacon egg and cheese and they have LITERALLY a tbsp of egg in each. also the salsa they put in the bag was leaking and broke through when I picked it up.

I've been here two or three times in the last week or two, there are some very bright young men working there but have clearly not been trained. they don't know the menu. they don't know how to work the register. no one is ever at the front counter when you go in. the reason I made a doordash order was because no one came up to the front to acknowledge me. and then it took another 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready for them to start making it. some of the salsas were less than halfway filled in a 1 oz cup. I have yet to be impressed with either the staff, the food, or the customer service. no one seems to know what they're doing there. no one seems happy. for some reason the salsa bar is never ever filled even at lunch hour. they give you extremely small portions of rice and beans and the wait time is always extremely long. I go here on my lunch break. this isn't the only Taco Cabana that I've had about experience at but this is definitely been the worst
