I’d give these tacos a 6/10 — definitely mid. They were good, but nothing really stood out to me. The tortillas were a little overcooked, so they weren’t as soft as I would’ve liked, but at least they weren’t soggy. The al pastor had a nice flavor, but the meat felt pretty dry and not super fresh, almost like it had been sitting for a while. The beef was the same — very dry and tasted like it had been sitting out.
I did really like that they served plenty of limes and cucumbers on the side. The red salsa was way too spicy, but honestly delicious, while the green salsa was really good and had the perfect amount of spice. I also wish they had served cilantro instead of parsley on the side.
Overall, they weren’t bad at all, just nothing I’d be craving or going out of my way for.

Al Pastor Tacos came without pineapple. Meat was dry. Not enough salsa.
Overall: Disappointed that I didn't order elsewhere
