So good! Love when the Ahi Tuna Taco comes with a good amount of fish and avocado, the Beef Brisket Street Taco is also great, though it usually comes cold. They included salsa this time!! Please include salsa in every order! It's always a hit or miss if I will get the salsa or if I'll be able to reach someone at the store. O.M.G. you guys rock! from the first bite,the flavor came as a punch to my palate! Great Carne Asada Burrito!the portion is enough to eat for 2 days!Although I'm going to devour it today.The cute bag of chips and the salsas! I'm telling you this is one serious meal! I'm definitely a fan!

Not what they once were.
Tacos Tu Madre has been a favorite of mine since I got to LA three years ago. Since then, the portion sizes have decreased dramatically, from whopping burritos that were impossible to finish, now to small, measly burritos where maybe even two are needed to fill you up.
And yet, the prices continue to rise. $10 for a single ahi tuna taco? I mean it's good...but not for those kinds of prices, hence the three stars. The meal in the photo was over $50 (including tip, tax, and delivery. Standard tortilla chip for size)

I used to love ordering from here but they've roughly halved their portion size, yet they price their bowls as dinners. I paid $20+ for a bowl that was half empty. This is the second time it's happening. I will not order again.

Tu Madre was once a go to spot. Not anymore, not sure if it's new management or trying to rebrand.
Burrito: For almost $20 it was very small, they also add different sauces and beans which wasn't the case before.
Tacos: The tacos previously had standard toppings but now they have 4 options none of which are those old toppings and apparently if you pick no topping it doesn't automatically put the toppings that used to be the standard you just get exactly that. I got a bland $8 taco.
They used to be good, sadly they are changing too much and losing me as a customer which I know they don't care about but sharing so others know!
