If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My food from Taichi is always beautiful presented and packaged safely, and they always remember the little personal touches. I like that the sauce comes on the side so I can mix in exactly how much I want. The ingredients are fresh and in good quantity/ratios for the price, and I love the door dash special to add on a small drink for lunch when I'm in the office. The boba is perfectly chewy and the taro milk tea is delicious. Easily one of the best spots in New Haven.

I swear, I'm literally addicted to the Rice with Premium Beef. Just the right combination, flavors, and portion size. It's so good, I just wish the price was better

I love this place. I normally skip the jelly but they put the perfect sized pieces in making it easy to drink and enjoy! I recently started exploring new flavors and they never disappoint! I got the kiwi tea with black tea and strawberry jelly maybe I'll add mote sugar next time but it was def refreshing!

I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and Thai Ice Tea(cold only)(less sugar or no sugar are no opion). The miso broth was provided with hot sauce on the side to add into the broth...the hot sauce is closer to a Tabasco taste and basically made my ramen seem like I added Tabasco to it, which wasn't bad but it was spicy with a sour taste too. The chicken in my ramen was made and seasoned really well and a generous amount of it was provided...a lot of ramen places will give you a little bit of chicken. The Thai iced tea was really good and not too sweet which I appreciated. All things were packaged well for delivery to ensure nothing spilled. My only suggestion if you get ramen from here is to heat up the whole ramen bowl after pouring the miso broth in because the cold ingredients in the main bowl will make the broth cold too.
