Tamale Kitchen tamales are cooked by hand in Colorado using an old family recipe that has been passed down through generations. Our tamales are available in red, fiery green chile, or vegetable variet…
Great deal for the Family Pack #1, for 2 people, and plenty of leftovers for our lunches the next day. The tamales were hot and a had a nice spice with the red sauce that comes with it.

Hadn't tried this place before and thought I'd give it a shot to curb the mexican craving since it was 30% off. It met and surpassed my expectations.
The Beef & Bean Chimichanga was large for its cost and filling, the Dozen Tamale's had a good ratio of filling to masa, and the flavors of everything were all on point. Just as a primer to get a proper taste test, I ordered the tamales with Mild Red sauce and they actually weren't bland even without the spice.
Only complaint is pretty minor. Chimi was rather greasy inside - soaked through what I was eating it off, into the sheets, and then my mattress. Mostly on me for not picking a better spot to eat it at!

Tamale Kitchen knocks it out of the park every time. These dishes are loaded. I'd post a pic but we chow down too fast. The Combo #9 has so much food for the price, a little big of everything. The Smothered Frito Pie Burrito is delicious with the right amount of spice. The Chile Cheese Fries never disappoints and are great as a meal itself. And you always got to pair it with a Horchata.

Food was good and proportions were right for the price. Enchiladas were a little soupy but they didn't bury them with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes like most other restaurants. Tamales were some of the best Ive ever had.

Tamale Kitchen has often been a reliable choice when I wanted to find a simple, but good tasting quality Burrito with egg, potato's and bacon and no cheese.
I ordered two burritos as listed above.
In general both burritos tasted like they were cooked on a griddle that had an excessive amount of either non stick cooking oil spray or another type? At any rate these cooking oils made both burritos taste bad. One burrito had mostly potatoes, very little egg and no bacon and a small amount of unwanted cheese. The second burrito did have a small amount of bacon, an OK amount of egg and potato and some unwanted cheese.
I'm not sure I'll be back.
