My favorite local bubble tea place. The owner and staff are friendly. Great choices (my favorites are the guava and the lychee). The tapioca are on point.
The popcorn chicken is a great snack.

Yummy !! I guzzled the Horchata Smoothie down lol meant to take a pic of it full but couldnt help myself. The Thai Milk Tea was so good. The mango however could have used some more fresh fruit. All in all a fantastic place for BoBa!

The Green Apple Fruit Tea and Lychee Fruit Tea was amazing at the 25% sugar level. Lychee tasted sweeter because of the Lychee boba, but overall both were excellent.

Tea was ok. Food was not good--the crab Rangoon were burnt yellow and some had no filling? They were just empty burnt wontons
