Nice big pieces of chicken and friendly service at the pickup.

Really not that good. Fries were soggy, chicken rubbery & super thin like the frozen kind & the cookie was burned. Asked for ranch, not sure what kind of sauce I got but definitely wasn't ranch or their house sauce. Looked like honey mustard but not that either.

Tenders Meal missing the second sauce ( ranch ) that comes in the meal. tenders were not spicy
Nashville Hot AF-- As Fire Tender Sandwich the sandwich is completely plain. Its just chicken tenders on bread. no pickles no sauce no Nashville flavoring on the tenders. and I ordered an extra ranch. but didn't it receive it.

unfortunately I was disappointed in the meal. I only received a handful of fries. My Buffalo sauce was replaced for butter, and the shack sauce tasted like a cocktail sauce, but on the bright side, the BBQ sauce carried the whole meal.

I ordered the Tenders Meal with the regular seasoning, not the Nashville hot. The chicken was well cooked, although very bland. The fries had more seasoning than the chicken. The delivery was excellent and fast.
