The food was quite good. The Louisiana Chicken Pasta was very flavorful with just enough of a 'spicy' kick to satisfy without scaring away those who don't like 'the burn'. The Cuban sandwich was very good though I found the fries to be very so-so. They're a good size and were cooked properly but rather lackluster.

Portion size for Chicken Madeira was so small for the price!!! I got 2 small pieces for $30!!

They packed entrees and apps sideways so they leaked and were all messed up. Gumbo is now 90% rice and barely any actual gumbo. Cheesecake slices have been downsized 50%, which would be fine if they weren't still charging the same price. I'm done ordering from them. It's a rip-off paying $30 for rice, plus they can't be bothered to package properly. Used to love this place.

Disappointed with the portions, they always gave 2 nice size breasts. This time it was 1 and a small piece, the small piece on the Madeira was over cooked and had egg yolk on it. The Riesling had only had one piece of chicken as well.￼

Burnt bread, burnt bacon and very dry pasta in the Pasta Carbonara, Cheeseburger Spring Rolls  were chewy instead of crispy and much smaller than they used to be.  Things seem to have really gone downhill at The Cheesecake Factory.
