Delivery was fast well packed All the utensils were included everything was amazing. The avocado tacos are small but packed with flavor, the pineapple Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake is a must have

Everyone was happy with their order except for one. Only issue was the Fettuccini Alfredo. It was overpriced and was flavorless and a teenie tiny portion. Just sad. There wasnt even salt or garlic. The noodles were overcooked and mushy. Also, where are the Mac n cheese balls?

I ordered from DoorDash for the first time since my wife and I just had a baby and haven’t been able to get out much. We ordered two Lemon Herb Salmon meals, but unfortunately the quality was very disappointing.
The salmon was undercooked, the asparagus was overcooked, and the mashed potatoes were so undercooked and hard that they broke the plastic fork that came with the meal. Even with my metal utensils at home, I could lift the entire serving of mashed potatoes because they were so solid.
I’ve eaten at this Cheesecake Factory before and know they’re capable of much better. This experience was well below the standard I expected, and it was especially disappointing given the circumstances.

We love Cheesecake Factory and frequent it often for pick up and delivery. We've never had issues until tonight. Half of my slice of cheesecake was missing. The other two slices were great and full like usual. But for the price quality of the one was not there tonight .

The jambalaya was awful. What was supposed to be sauce wasn't because it was super dry and the chicken and shrimp with onions and bell peppers was burned. The pasta was also overcooked and mostly stuck together. This dish is usually one of my favorites but it was a huge disappointment. The burger was fine but it's hard to mess up a cheeseburger. I don't suggest getting this dish. $30 wasted.
