Quality has gone down hill. The syrup was not the little bottle that they've always had, it was in a small disposable cup that they must fill at the restaurant, and it was mostly water with almost no flavor. Would have been better with an artificial syrup from the grocery store. The cheese on the tots is different from what it used to be and is nowhere near as good. One of the tots wasn't cooked through.

I had Meg's American burrito. I have a gluten intolerance. When I asked to get the waffle fries they actually tried to call me twice to let me know there was a risk of cross contamination and I had asked for none of that. When I missed the calls, they gave me safe home fries with the waffle fries not touching. They made a very nice handwritten note saying what happened. This was incredibly considerate.
I do appreciate going here a lot. I probably will keep coming back. Regardless that the Megs American Burrito was flat seeming, it was good and creamy. I also love the option of a side pickle for some dill kick.

Order avocado with it- it's brown and they gave me a tiny slice of it- I spent like $3 on it and I can't even eat it. Toast was burnt and hard. Love this store but might not get it again -

Paid extra money for maple whipped cream, powdered sugar, and strawberries on my waffle and the amount I recieved is just sad. And the hash is barely cooked. Everything cold.
