They sent TWO SMALL plates .... that was the first mistake .... so what 47$ for two small plates. They sent ZERO sauce. The chicken was cold. And the hummus had no oil and paprika. Ive been a customer of the Hala Guys for a very long time and this is shocking. This store is the worst.

the chicken was good and the portions were pretty on par with your usual halal spot, but I was given like zero red sauce despite veing advertised with including red sauce. Not a ketchup sized packet of it. the lemonade was very good.

Their app doesn't accept delivery orders,so I did DoorDash order 2 gyro sandwiches and 2 large platters also 3 cheesecake baklava which they forgot to add to my delivery. Tried to call their telephone which doesn't work. They use to give more food now it's priced higher with less food the gyro sandwiches are definitely smaller. Not a good experience.

The meat in the Regular Platter wasn't fresh it was dry, oversalted, and overcooked like it had been sitting on the grill for hours before being served.

All Entrees start with a salad (lettuce and tomato), rice, and a choice of protein (Chicken, Beef Gyro, Falafel, or Combo). Select your choice of Toppings, and add our signature white and hot sauce. Regular Platters comes with two packets of white sauce and one packet of hot sauce, while Small Platters and Sandwiches come with one packet of each sauce. Allergens: include Casein, Soy, Pea, Mustard, and Sesame.
