The Hitting Snooze combo is so good, I was full off of half of it, this is my second time ordering this and I most definitely will order this again as well as the Messy Melt it's deliciousas well, great portions and courteous service!

I asked for no pickles and got them sweating all over my sandwich anyways. While taking off those pickles I realized that almost half of my sandwich was just a grilled cheese, not even enough burnt ends to evenly cover the bread. 17 dollars should buy a decent sandwich but not at this place.

first of all the sandwich I ordered for myself literally had a piece of chicken so small that it only took up the middle of the sandwich it was basically bread and cheese the chicken was cold and tasted like jail meat. my husband ordered a different sandwich and it tasted ok but same issue with it being mostly bread for what we paid it was a rip off

I got the treating myself melt and out of the whole sandwich only 1/4 had cheesecake on it so it was basically just two pieces of kinda dry cake put together. it's supposed to have a layer of cheesecake etween the pieces of cake. there were plenty of strawberries which is causing good thing but the lack of cheesecake makes it dry.

I don't know what is wrong at the Melt down but for the second time in a row after months of success the food is subpar....Breakfast N' Bread Melt - Combo was a crispy buttery sandwich but now the bread is soggy and fries undercooked and lacked flavor ..this was truly a disappointing experience
