Protein Sandwich Chicken salad on sourdough was amazing, I didn't expect how good and close to my own mom's chicken salad it would be. I added cucumbers, tomato, and green onion. Top notch. This is my new favorite place by work, my partner keeps giving me a hard time for not saving something to taste because we love far away. I'm going to try to save half of my sandwich and half of the spectacular blueberry sourdough muffin I had for breakfast. Also got The Bennett with honey. I needed some lemon to cut the beet a little bit but it's really good. Will definitely get muffins again and chicken salad on anything.

love this place! yesterday, I got a grilled protein sandwich, the veggies were fresh, their bread is delicious. I also got tomato basil soup, it was rich and the flavor was full of depth; so good! And then I had a lemon and hibiscus iced tea, freshly made just for me. It was a great lunch. Today, I ordered an Alka booster (added almond butter and honey) and the Mediterranean avocado toast for lunch. Everything is fresh and made with care, the proof is in the pudding, the taste is unmatched, especially in this area. Will definitely be back in to try new things. Loving The Well!

First time trying this place and it is DIVINE. The kale for my wrap was so fresh, the red onions, avocado, and feta cheese with the Turkey is to die for. And my mango and peach smooth with coconut water was absolutely delicious. Will DEFINITELY be back!

We ordered a Grilled Cheese Sandwich it was beyond bland with Tomato Basil Soup even more bland. The Protein Wrap with grilled chicken was also bland and The Zinger had large pieces of dates and ginger taste was not balanced would mot recommend.
