Very lazy people working at this store. I ordered specifically for the Easter donuts. They substituted with plain donuts with no notice or way to cancel order. I would not have ordered from here if I would have known. This store is known for their lazy work.

My\nHot chocolate and my cafe mocha we're watered down to the point I couldn't drink them but my breakfast sandwich was excellent as always

Bun was very hard - donut stale and think it was supposed to be swiss cheese but was so stale, I couldn't chew it.

my coffee had neither cream nor sugar, and no replacement offered. nobody wants to drink black coffee who orders a double double.

coffee was good but I order a PLAIN egg and cheese bagel but they gave me a egg and cheese on RAISIN bagel. diabolical...yuck
