We customers pay extra for cream cheese, you don't give us for free. Anount you charge us for it, it is for whole scoop, not just little scrape. This bagel us very tasteless. No happy.

food is good, packaging isn't good. topping of donut is always completely ripped off because the icing sticks in the bags they package donuts in
