Tonkotsu Ramen portion small only 2 very small pieces of meat. tasty but mostly noodles and both and an egg. Shrimp Tempura was tasty

The staff didn't provide me a completed order. And didn't let me know. I only found out because I inspected the order at my car . When asked about it, they said they were out of the specific item. They didn't offer me a refund and refused to give me a refund. Telling me to go through DoorDash.
