This was by farthr best tropical grille location I've ever had! The Chicken Veggie Bowl was phenomenal, the chicken and shrimp were fresh and the veggies were also really delicious. Highly recommend this location!

Their garlic cilantro sauce is the best and the portions are large. We didn't get an extra pita like we ordered and the pita we did get was stale. The order was delayed as well. Typically, the food is always good so we will order again.

Fantastic!! I did ask for additional veggies on the Carne Asada Bowl, as well as plantains: it turned out great! My husband loved the Chicken Veggie Bowl. The Flan was okay, not the best.

Usually great and consistent but this time the chicken was weird and really fatty and the containers tend to leak if they go sideways in the bag.

Never had an issue with my order from them and it's usually fresh. Today, both South of the Border Bowl have some undercooked/overcooked/ old rice, not sure what happened just has some really hard rice in it this time. Really disappointed with today's order.
