This is the second time I have ordered the TURKEY BACON RANCH from this location and they have not handled substitutions well. They did the substitution as asked but then remove everything else from the sandwich that should be included.

The drinks I ordered had different flavors for the specific drinks, the white chocolate in the BAHAMA MAMA™ I ordered was missing, tasted watered down. The MANGO MONSOON™ SMOOTHIE tasted like straight up orange juice. Seems like they have young group of kids managing the store, won't even pick up the phone in order to fix situation. Money down the drain, SMH. Won't ever order from this tropical smoothie cafe again.

Where is the açaí? They shrink the bowl and now the açaí is non existent. This totally is not acceptable
