Piña colada is just right the sweetness and the texture are awesome.however to create my own bowl is not meeting my expectation the banana is frozen, which makes it lost its , smooth texture. The açai is fine. The strawberry is also not as sweet as I expect. Maybe it will be better if the overall acidity of the bowl is reduced. But overall quality is good, but have space to improve. although I'm coming a little late after working hour, the staff still handle my DoorDash order. They put it in the fridge for storage.

I have been a customer of Uba Tuba for years at other locations. This açaí base was awful. Tasted nothing like acai, and terrible flavor. Worse than that, both me and my fiance got bowls with strawberries and the strawberries tasted expired and really off flavors. Either Uba Tuba fell off or this place isn't real.

The empanada and cheese bread were both overcooked and difficult to chew. I don't think Uba tuba normally tastes like this, since this is a new location they may be still training staff.

I love açai bowls. I've been too probably 40+ different stores. I have never had an açai bowl that used frozen fruit as toppings. That's jail it should be a crime to use frozen fruit on top of your smoothie bowl. Please start using fresh fruit!!! this had potential.
