I rarely leave comments but if I do believe me it's good. This is the freshest and most well portioned item I've ever spent in sf. It taste like how it is in Japan and the quality is so good. Loved the brother and udon and the tempura is how I always like it battered. Chefs kiss!

The food was amazing! Personally, I ordered VEGETABLE UDON and it tasted so spicy and fresh with cilantro. The SWEET POTATO TEMPURA (4pc) was also high quality. Even though the delivery time was long(for me, >30), the tempura remained incredibly crispy and sweet.
The only complaint I have is the organization of the items in the bag. I suggest not putting everything in separate containers. For example, the spicy tomato soup for my udon was separate from my noodle bowl, and scrambled with the other containers. Luckily, I knew the tomato soup was mine because I had ordered in person at this restaurant before, but for people ordering for the first time without visiting, this can be very confusing. I ordered multiple udon dishes for my family, and we took 15 minutes figuring out who's is who's. If there is a staff member reading this, please either use separate bags for each udon dish, or use labels to avoid this confusion.
Otherwise, the dishes' quality was great, would order again, but in person.

The food arrived spill-free. The portion of the food was just right for one person. The pork was a little tough and was missing the krispy aspect because it was packaged with the egg and rice. Other than that, I would recommend eating in-house versus delivery.

I have had many great udon while I was living in Japan but this was one of the most delicious food I had.
Portion is great! I did the medium size but oh boy! Great size !
Also the tempura is fresh and crispy. Yum yum ! Definitely ordering it again !

broth was ok a little on the saltier side and nothing special TBH. Noodles had good bounce and texture and the meat was sliced thin but was on the skimpy side. Little better than instant udon I can get at Hmart or Costco
