The [UMe] Sizzling Pork Sausage 鲜肉滋滋肠 was flavorful and juicy, a good meaty treat, and the [UMe] Popcorn Chicken was similarly so. The [UMe] Takoyaki was wonderful and covered with toppings, and the [UMe] Grape Green Tea w/ Tea Jelly was beautifully thirst quenching and matched well with the snacks. Everything came in good portions, and it was hot and fresh on arrival, especially since it came in a bag with that kinda lining to keep things hot or cold in the bag. All and all the quality was amazing, the flavor incredible, and even for the price I paid I think I'd happily order from here again! Five stars!

First time trying this location (usually go to the Almaden and Fremont stores). I ordered my usuals, the [UMe]Brown Sugar Boba & Mochi Black Milk Tea and the [UMe]Coco Mango. The mochi was definitely burnt and left a smoky taste (like inhaling smoke). I called and they said the morning employees probably burnt it, so there seems to be a lack of quality control. The sago in the Coco Mango was also not actual sago. It was more like the crystal boba texture.

Disappointed and can't even drink it properly.All the ingredients inside have turned really thick and gloopy. It’s super sticky and honestly pretty gross to drink, and it’s so thick that I can’t even suck it up through a straw.
